Registering Students New to Gwinnett County Public Schools
Use the links below to complete the online registration process. Collect all the necessary documentation and call 678-546-5550 to make an appointment with our registrar, Kathleen McGrath, to visit the school to finalize the registration process.

Students Transferring from Another Gwinnett County Public School
Please call 678-546-5550 and ask for our White Oak registrar, Kathleen McGrath, to schedule an appointment. You will need proof of residency, parent/legal guardian ID and the withdrawal form from previous GCPS school when you register.
Student Withdrawal
A parent/guardian must come to the school to complete the withdrawal form before the student's last day. All checkout materials and resources, including textbooks, library books, and GCPS Chromebook must be returned before time of withdrawal. Any outstanding fees must also be taken care at that time.

Welcome to Gwinnett County Public School! We are looking forward to welcoming the newest members to the kindergarten squad for the 2026-27 school year! Kindergarten registration for the 2026-27 school year is available to children who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2026. Link: Kindergarten Registration
If you already have a ParentVue account, you can simply login to register your Kindergartener. Remember, you can exclude students who are already attending White Oak Elementary from the registration. Be sure to choose the correct school year option.
